Very tasty, great atmosphere with a very nice ambience! The food is just great, we tried almost everything in three days and if I had to decide, it would be the fresh warm smoked trout, just awesome! But everything else was great too!

It is a good restaurant, the staff are in traditional clothes, and the setting is typical with a lot of charm. First day first dish excellent, second day the meunière trout swims a little too much in butter.

Best and most tender trout I've ever eaten. The smoked one with sea fish is incredibly delicious. For the quality, the price is absolutely reasonable. Very friendly service. Currently there may be waiting times due to the corona, also because there are no table reservations. But it's worth it!!

Chose the wrong food, I didn't like the fish soup. Maybe I still had my last boulabaise with its taste in my mouth. I also found the amount of fish in the soup a little little for a trout farm.

The Forellenhof Buhlbach is idyllically located on the outskirts of Obertal. The entire facility is of very high quality and nicely laid out. It continues with the same high quality. From delicious food to hospitable and courteous service to the extraordinary sanitary rooms in the basement. The wine cellar also rounds off the high-quality overall picture. The only downer is the early closing time. I can warmly recommend a stop.

This place is a must for anyone who wants to enjoy the Black Forest from its romantic side. Everything was arranged very lovingly, the menu promises culinary specialties, the service leaves nothing to be desired and the price / performance ratio is great. ...... and it tastes delicious, even the bratwurst becomes a culinary experience.

Very dignified. Friendly and relaxed service, there is nothing to complain about here. Good cuisine, even if there are other dishes, of course you should like fish. I still liked the dessert, in my case a piece of apple pie even better ... 🤓

Great, we arrived with a group of 30 people, fortunately got all the space, because you can not reserve. The service was very good, everyone was very nice and it was really fast, the food was delicious. Everyone was excited. I will gladly come again.
